Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is hiring compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This is a community-based role outside traditional classrooms, focusing on safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and work with families and regional teams to ensure consistent support for vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience working with ADHD and SEMH is required.
• Experience and confidence working with challenging behaviours.
