We are committed to providing schools with dedicated, skilled and caring staff, supported by specialist in-house Career Progression Development opportunities.

This Poplar school is looking for Learning Support Mentors who can confidently work 1:1 with pupils presenting high-level or complex needs such as communication difficulties, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, behavioural challenges, medical needs, and global developmental delay. Staff joining the team must be resilient, reliable, and able to work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and wider support staff to ensure the pupil receives consistent structure, regulation support and meaningful engagement throughout the day.

The successful 1:1 Learning Support Mentor will have:

• Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting
