Support the Global Comms Network Management team:

• Assist on projects dedicated to the corporate communication team:
• Ensure all communicators adhere to workspace governance and implement support actions as necessary.
• Support the weekly newsletter distributed to all communication experts within Accor.
• Assist with the deployment and usage of ASANA (project management tool).
• Reactivate the BI tool through the collection of data related to key announcements amongst the Global Comms team.
• Support the coordination of corporate communication projects:

a. PM&E

• In collaboration with the communication manager, contribute to the creation of various communication materials: newsletters, town hall events, videos, etc.
• Assist the Communication Director in updating business intelligence reports for the Deputy CEO.
• Support the deployment of the Global PM&E Communication Plan and Strategy.
• Project support as required.

b. L&L

• Assist with trend monitoring and storage.
• Support on tradeshow planning and coordination.
• Copywriting and project support as required.

• Proficiency in project management tools.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficient in the use of new technology – i.e. AI tools.
• Fluent in French & English.
