Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

Sous la responsabilité d’un membre du Comité de direction, vous avez un rôle de support transversal auprès des différents membres des équipes et votre poste couvre différents types de missions:

• Accueil physique et téléphonique
• Support administratif général
• Organisation des voyages
• Organisation et planification des réunions
• Support sur l’organisation évènementielle
• Office management: gestion de la vie du bureau (stock et approvisionnement, salle de réunion…)

Qui êtes vous?

• De formation Bac+2 minimum, vous êtes titulaire d’une formation en assistanat, secrétariat ou équivalent et justifiez d’une première expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire. Vous êtes motivé par les aspects polyvalents du poste.
• Anglais courant/bilingue impératif
• Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, un excellent relationnel et le sens du service. Vous êtes flexible, polyvalent.e, proactif.ve, organisé.e.
• Vous maitrisez les outils du pack office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint…)

Ce poste, basé à Lyon, est un CDD d'une durée de 6 mois.
