- Building and managing long‑term client relationships (C‑level to operations).
- Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio.
- Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
