We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This position is crucial in supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success.

The European Business Operations Manager should be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and can work independently as well as in a team. Self-motivation, eagerness to take on challenges, and a desire to make an impact are key qualities.

1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations and customer experience.
3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for coordination across time zones.
6. Attend daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
7. Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements as directed.
8. Identify operational efficiencies and propose solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Technically adept, capable of interpreting technical issues and customer needs.
• Quick learner with analytical thinking and passion for sustainability and innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
• Energized by challenges, able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.
