Job Description:

We seek a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate Endeavour's operations and expansion across Europe.

This role is vital to our ecosystem's health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. They should think strategically, work independently and collaboratively, and be motivated to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
4. Work with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret technical communications and customer requests.
5. Provide executive support to the CEO during European business hours.
6. Attend daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
8. Identify operational improvements and propose solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
