Endeavour European Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role supports the entire Endeavour ecosystem, contributing to the organization’s health and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Assist in establishing and managing European offices and teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to handle technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges and able to work independently.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
