We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services our entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works well independently and as part of a team. Self-motivation, eagerness to take on challenges, and a desire to make an impact are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
2. Assist in establishing and managing European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
8. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.
• Technically adept with the ability to interpret and respond to technical issues or customer needs.
• Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
