A leading open source software provider is seeking an exceptional Accountant with IFRS experience to support its finance team during a planned IPO. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a strong background in financial compliance. The role allows for remote work in EMEA time zones and includes responsibilities such as month end reporting, ledger management, and improving financial processes. The company offers a distributed work environment and a performance-driven bonus structure.

Qualifications
- Exceptional academic track record and subsequent career performance.
- Experience at a large public accounting firm or public multinational corporate accounting department preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to four times per year.
Responsabilités
- Assist in the month end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate information.
- Have full responsibility for a part of the ledger processes.
- Support the finance team's wider plans to prepare for an IPO.
- Improve the efficiency of financial processes and procedures.
