What You'll Do :
Define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies and test plans for SmartTVs and streaming platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices and high performance.
Coordinate and oversee manual and automated testing across multiple devices and environments.
Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across various TV models and firmware versions.
Manage bug tracking and quality metrics using tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality from concept to release.
Validate playback flows, remote control functionality, and user interface navigation for an exceptional user experience.
Use tools such as Charles Proxy or Wireshark to monitor network traffic and resolve complex issues.
Act as a quality advocate, promoting QA culture and continuous process improvements across teams.
Requirements :
Proven experience in leading QA teams and processes for TV platforms.
Strong background in test case management and QA reporting (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Hands-on expertise with network debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Wireshark).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Technical English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
