Une entreprise industrielle en Nouvelle-Aquitaine recherche un manager d'atelier de production (H/F) pour gérer une équipe de 24 personnes. Le candidat idéal a au moins 5 ans d'expérience en management et une éducation supérieure. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing the workshop activity in accordance with the objectives and processes set by the management, while respecting the client specifications. The main responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have a technical profile with a minimum of 2 years of higher education and at least 5 years of management experience in the industry, preferably in CMS line management. They should also have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to different interlocutors, and be proficient in English.
