Job Description

We are looking for a production workshop manager (H/F) to join our team. If you are motivated by a sense of purpose and want to evolve in a cutting-edge industry, this opportunity might interest you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing the workshop activity in accordance with the objectives and processes set by the management, while respecting the client specifications. The main responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 24 collaborators working in shifts (2x8 and 3x8).
• Organizing and piloting production to ensure quality, cost, and deadline objectives are met.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing performance.
• Participating in audits and following up on indicators (TRS, rejects, deadlines, quality, etc.).
• Piloting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a technical profile with a minimum of 2 years of higher education and at least 5 years of management experience in the industry, preferably in CMS line management. They should also have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to different interlocutors, and be proficient in English.
