Remote Field Sales Leader – Europe Growth
Résumé du poste
A global beauty brand is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead sales and education initiatives focused on the Sephora account. This remote position based in Paris requires fluency in French and English, along with at least 5 years of sales experience within the beauty industry. The role involves building relationships with key retailers, conducting store visits, and delivering training sessions. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for the beauty sector.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in sales ideally within the beauty industry.
- Experience working with Sephora account.
Responsabilités
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora and other key realtors.
- Conduct regular visits to key stores and professional accounts.
- Implement strategic sales plans and promote in-store opportunities.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to elevate product knowledge.
- Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Consultants.
- Represent the brand at industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
- Work closely with distributors to activate strategic plans.
