Job Summary
Responsible for the creative development and implementation of marketing Communications & PR materials for the Company's products and services (in French and English). Guides conceptual development of campaigns and initiatives. Collaborates with key stakeholders to create materials to market new product launches and acquisitions. Assists in the development and execution of all aspects of media plans. Works collaboratively with or oversee outside resources such as publishers or agencies to produce effective and market leading communications. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines. Needs to be a self-starter and manage own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Supports the International Communications lead with implementing a targeted regionalized PR strategy, understanding each market's needs and requirements.
- Coordinates and assists in designing and copywriting multiple, global marketing Communications & PR materials including but not limited to; direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper, radio and TV advertising, press releases, media alerts, internal communications, case studies, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and award submissions.
- Supports the International Marketing team with adapting web content, research, social media copy, speaking opportunities to align with key messaging and initiatives.
- Adopts a 360 approach to PR - implementing a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses all touchpoints and utilizes various channels to reach target audiences.
- Responsible for media monitoring and industry analysis to provide insights that steer our targeted PR strategy.
- Maintains the Company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials. Works with internal resources to determine best targeting practices for various advertising tactics.
- Oversees marketing library including marketing plans, collateral, creatives, and promotional materials.
- Oversees work of outside vendors, including multiple PR agencies, to assure timely and accurate project completion.
- Assists in developing and implementing internal Marketing Communications plans. Conducts research for media plan implementation.
- Creates media schedules and manages copy rotation.
- Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Follows through to ensure deadlines and specifications are met.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Maintains regular, punctual attendance. Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
- Willing to travel to support spokespeople at international events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred, but candidates with relevant coursework and experience or extensive professional experience will also be considered.
