Betclic Group recherche un Responsable CRM passionné pour rejoindre son équipe de croissance à Bordeaux. Vous serez chargé de développer des stratégies de rétention, de superviser une équipe et d'optimiser les opérations d'engagement client dans un environnement dynamique et international. Qualifications

  • 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en marketing/communication/CRM.
  • Expérience significative en gestion opérationnelle et commerciale.
  • Connaissances solides en CRM et en engagement client.

ENTER THE GAME

As part of Betclic, within the Growth Team and working alongside the Senior CRM Manager, you will lead 1 CRM executive focusing in retaining users and maximising their value.

This job involves developing retention plans on both products, providing dedicated Lifecycle journeys for customers + converting Sport players to gaming products.

You and your team will be responsible for building Retention plans, aligning strategy with Country teams and product Directors in multiple countries, monitoring business KPIs, and launching appropriate actions in each of our Gaming products: Poker & Casino

We're looking for a candidate with a strong business acumen, who can understand growth dynamics and put in place appropriate actions to achieve business objectives. The ability to develop a CRM strategy for a specific business case (such as insufficient turnover, insufficient active customers, low Xsell Rate) is crucial. Additionally, proficiency in English is mandatory as this is the language used for all business communications within the team.

This position requires a high degree of versatility as it involves working on operational, tactical, and strategic subjects. Strong analytical skills are required to analyze data insights and develop actionable plans for each function. Communication and presentation skills are also critical as the successful candidate will be required to present to key stakeholders across multiple countries and effectively communicate plans and progress updates to team members.

The successful candidate also has a fiber for team management, mentoring and helping team members grow. Structure and organization skills are also key in order to effectively manage team resources and prioritize activities.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Optimizing and improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of our Engagement operations.
  • Defining the CRM operational plan to achieve monthly objectives set by the countries.
  • Implementing innovative tests to engage players throughout their lifecycle and game, using in-app and out-app communications.
  • Monitoring the performance of customer engagement and various campaigns to optimize existing programs.
  • Modifying planned operations based on business insights.
  • Ensuring that the plans put in place respect the allocated budget and expected deadlines.
  • Supervising and managing 1 CRM executive and be responsible for his operational excellence.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This job is for you if:

  • You have a Bac +5 level degree, and you have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing/communication/CRM.
  • You have one or more significant experience(s) in operational management and business management.
  • You have solid knowledge of customer engagement, CRM operations and Growth in general.
  • You are creative, agile, data driven, cross-functional leadership, and anticipation abilities.
  • Ideally, you are interested in the world of sports and leisure.
  • You want to join a challenging professional environment.
  • You speak fluent English and French.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you prepare a Use Case and present it to Salvatore - Senior CRM Manager, your future manager, followed by an interview with Paul - Growth Director.

Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
