A leading luxury skincare brand is seeking an EU Area Manager based in Paris to lead a field team across multiple European countries. This role involves driving sales, ensuring premium retail standards, and executing impactful brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in field management within the beauty sector and be fluent in English and French, with strong commercial insight. The position requires regular Europe-wide travel, enriching both customer and brand interactions.
EU Area Manager – Tatcha EU (based in Paris, Champs Elysees)

We are experiencing exceptional growth across Europe through our exclusive partnership with Sephora and are now seeking an experienced EU Area Manager to join our dynamic team.
EU Area Manager – Tatcha EU (based in Paris, Champs Elysees) with frequent travel across Europe – France, Italy, Spain, and other EU markets.
The EU Area Manager will lead and inspire Tatcha’s field team across multiple European markets, ensuring excellence in retail execution, education, and brand experience within Sephora stores. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, delivering flawless retail standards, and amplifying brand love through exceptional in‑store experiences.
You will partner closely with Sephora country teams, local trainers, and internal cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure Tatcha is consistently presented as a leading prestige skincare brand across all markets.
In this role you will report into the Head of Retail UK & EU, line‑manage a field team of brand specialists across multiple countries, and have a base in Paris Champs‑Elysées store as this is our #1 focus door.
