We are seeking a Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) for a remote-based role in France, within the Electric Vehicles Division of Royal Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing dealer service performance across the zone, implementing service processes, and leading initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include establishing EV service workshops in compliance with safety and operational standards, driving growth in after-sales services, achieving workshop loading targets, and promoting service offerings such as Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance, and Maintenance Contracts.
The role involves strategic planning for spare parts, resolving customer complaints promptly, promoting service engagement campaigns, leading product quality reporting, and designing service schemes to increase workshop footfall. The manager will also ensure proactive customer communication, support dealer onboarding, and facilitate seamless coordination with factory teams.
Requirements include extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer service and parts operations, territory management skills, and fluency in English and French, with additional language skills (German, Italian, or Spanish) preferred.
