A leading global organization based in Paris is hiring a Regional People Partner. In this role, you will support HR operations across France, Belgium, and Spain, leading initiatives and fostering employee relations. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of French labor law, and fluency in French and English. This hybrid position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a people-first team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a regional or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law; familiarity with Belgian and Spanish regulations is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with works councils and social relations in France.
  • Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a bonus).
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.

Regional People Partner (EMEA)

Location : Paris (Hybrid)

Contract : 8-month FTC (7 months possible with 1-month extension)

Start : ASAP

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global organization seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to support HR operations across France, Belgium, and Spain. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a high-performing HR team and play a key role in shaping people strategies across multiple countries.

As a trusted HR advisor, you'll lead regional initiatives, support employee relations, coach managers, and drive engagement and cultural programs. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including payroll, mobility, benefits, and HR operations to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with :

5+ years of HR experience in a regional or generalist role

Strong knowledge of French labor law; familiarity with Belgian and Spanish regulations is a plus

Proven experience working with works councils and social relations in France

Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a bonus)

A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
