A luxury fashion brand in Paris is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial performance across omnichannel activities in Southern and Central Europe. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of finance experience with a preference for retail finance in the luxury sector. Candidates must be fluent in French and English. Applicants should have strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience.
• Retail finance experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze E-Commerce performance.
• Co-produce financial statements for Italian and Spanish Subsidies.
• Monitor central expenses with EME HQ departments.

As Europe Finance Controller, and part of the EME Finance Department, you will actively participate in the improvement of EME results, and you will oversee producing and analyzing financial performance for all Omnichannel activities as well as South & Central Europe subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities

YOUR IMPACT

Omnichannel Performance

• Analysis of E-Commerce performance ;
• Operational month end closing tasks ;
• Elaboration of different Forecast’s / Best estimates / 3Y projections.
  
  

South Europe financial responsibility

• In liaison with local accounting, you will be in charge of co-producing all financial statements regarding our Italian and Spanish Subsidy ;
• Business Partner of the South EU Retail Manager, you will take concrete actions to increase our market share ;
• Elaboration of different Forecast’s / Best estimates / 3Y projections.
  
  

Central Europe financial responsibility

• In liaison with local accounting, you will be in charge of co-producing all financial statements regarding few of our Central Europe’ countries Subsidy ;
• Business Partner of the Central EU Retail Manager, you will take concrete actions to increase our market share ;
• Elaboration of different Forecast’s / Best estimates / 3Y projections.
  
  

HQ cost monitoring

• In liaison with EME HQ departments you will monitor central expenses ;
• Operational month end closing tasks ;
• Elaboration of different Forecast’s / Best estimates / 3Y projections.
  
  

EME Consolidation

• You will assist EME Financial Director on the consolidation of EME results ;
• Monthly business review analysis.
  
  

Profile

KEYS FOR SUCCESS Education : Business School, University or equivalent experience. Experience : Position requires minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience. Retail finance experience is preferred Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus Competencies : Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership. Ability to travel. Languages : Fluent French and English area must. German and Dutch knowledge will be a plus. Workplace : Paris 02. Potential starting date : As soon as possible
