Support increased ticket volume during Q4 peak season
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience with Gorgias customer service platform
Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Loop subscription management
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
Experience handling 25+ support tickets per day
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous e-commerce customer service experience

Asian timezone availability preferred (to enable 24/7 coverage)
