Zusammenfassung

Doctolib is seeking a senior Workday Analytics & Integration Architect to own the reporting layer, build people analytics, ensure data quality, and govern HR data across systems. You will design integrations between Workday and the HR ecosystem and contribute to AI-enabled HR automation.

In this hybrid role based in France, you will coordinate with the Doctolib Data team and stakeholders across countries to deliver scalable analytics and reliable data flows.

Qualifikationen

6+ years Workday experience with hands-on reporting and at least one full integration implementation.
Experience with HR data flows: payroll integrations (ADP, Deel), benefits/LMS connectors.
Strong data modeling and governance mindset — understand HR data model and downstream impacts.

Aufgaben

Own the full Workday reporting layer: standard, custom reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
Build and maintain People analytics capabilities and deliver complex reportings for strategic decisions.
Ensure data quality and governance across Workday reports.
