Job summary

Doctolib SAS is seeking a Workday Integration & Analytics Engineer to own data integration and reporting for the HR tech stack. You will design connectors, APIs, and data pipelines across Workday, ADP, and other HR tools while mentoring the PSP team on best practices.

The role emphasizes architectural ownership of HR data flows and AI-enabled automation. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and actionable analytics that support strategic

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday experience with reporting and at least one full integration implementation.
• Proven integration architecture experience: Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with HR data flows: payroll integrations (ADP, Deel) and benefits/LMS connectors.
• Strong data modeling and governance mindset in HR context.
• Exposure to AI tooling in HR (Workday AI Agents, DUST, MCP).
• Functional expertise in at least one Workday module (Compensation or Absence/Time Tracking).
• Fluency in French and English; multi-country HRIS experience and GDPR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Workday reporting layer: standard/custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations across Workday and the HR ecosystem (ADP, Ashby, Sana, Peakon).
• Own integration architecture: APIs, middleware, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Boomi.
• Contribute to the central data flow layer connecting HR systems to finance and BI.
• Explore and prototype AI-enabled HR automation and self-service capabilities.
• Lead upskilling through workshops and runbooks for PSP team.
