Job summary

Focus on WD in Paris, France, is seeking a Workday HRIS Senior Analyst to join a global HR technology team. You will drive enhancements, configure Workday across modules, and support business processes across countries in a hybrid Paris-based role.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HRIS/Workday, strong stakeholder skills, advanced Excel, and experience in multinational environments. Fluency in English and another European language is required, with travel across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in an HRIS, Workday, or HR Technology role.
• Strong hands-on Workday configuration across modules (HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Compensation).
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience supporting international HR processes within a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
