EngineersOfAI is seeking a senior Workday specialist to own the Workday reporting layer, build People analytics, and manage integrations across the HR ecosystem. You will ensure data quality and governance, collaborate on AI-related enhancements, and elevate team capabilities through strong architecture standards.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of Workday experience, hands-on reporting, and proven integration delivery across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday experience and hands-on Workday reporting.
• Proven integration architecture experience: Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, APIs, or middleware.
• Experience with HR data flows including payroll integrations and benefits connectors.
• Strong data modeling and governance mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own the full Workday reporting layer: standard reports, custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.
• Build and maintain People analytics capabilities and deliver complex reporting for strategic decisions (e.g., headcount, attrition, performance trends).
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and the HR ecosystem; own the integration architecture and monitoring.
