The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in HRIS, with proficiency in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, and strong SQL/Excel skills. English fluency is required; French a plus. On-site position with collaboration across HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or related field.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HRIS certifications (e.g., HRIP, SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and implement HRIS solutions.
• Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations.
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
