Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior DataOps Engineer to join the Data and AI Platform team in Paris. You will build, maintain, and scale a data platform that enables data product teams to deploy and operate data products autonomously, with full observability and clear interfaces.

You will work with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane, Dagster, Terraform and Python on GCP, ensuring performance and cost optimization while collaborating with data engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DataOps or data infra experience.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and Terraform.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Data Product Controller for automated data product management via CI/CD and IaC.
• Maintain Data and AI Platform orchestrator (Dagster) for decentralised data mesh release pipelines.
• Monitor the data platform for performance and reliability.
• Provide observability components for costs, data quality, and data lineage.
• Monitor platform costs and collaborate with data engineers and data scientists.
• Contribute to platform architecture, scalability and developer experience.
