We are currently looking for an L1/L2 IT Support Technician on a contract basis to support our operations in France.
The role will primarily focus on end-user support, PC provisioning and deployment, PC lease refresh activities, and handling L1/L2 ITSM incidents and service requests.

Secondary Location: Mions (69780) (once a week and on an as-needed basis)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements and candidate performance
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and related hardware/software issues.
- Manage ITSM incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
- Perform PC/laptop provisioning, imaging, configuration, and deployment for new and existing users.
- Manage PC lease refresh activities, including device replacement coordination, refresh planning, user communication, device handover, and asset record updates.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop environments.
- Provide first-level support for Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Support standard business and end-user desktop applications.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation and standard identity/access-related requests.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for L2/L3 technical issues and escalations.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, and support documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in L1/L2 IT support and end-user computing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience with PC provisioning, deployment, asset management, and hardware refresh activities.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, incident management, and service request processes.
- Fluent/professional French communication skills are mandatory, along with professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established IT support procedures and escalation processes.
