Bigblue is hiring a Warehouse Success Specialist to act as a key link between the warehouse, quality standards, and operational performance. The role is based at our Sud Paris hub with a split location between Tigery and Moissy, on-site, full-time. Compensation ranges from €31,500 to €33,500 per year.

You will drive customer satisfaction, manage escalations, ensure end-to-end resolution, and monitor SLAs and KPIs. Join a fast-growing logistics tech company powering 600+ brands across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, operations).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requests, advise customers, and ensure high-quality follow-up.
• Manage escalations and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end resolution (analysis, action plan, communication, closure).
• Monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs; verify billing items in collaboration with teams.
• Support portfolio growth through collaboration with Account Management and forecasting.
