Job summary

Swan is seeking a VP of Security to act as the senior security authority and information security leader. You will advise the CEO and executives on cyber risk, shape security for product, platform and operations, and interface with regulators and partners. You will report to the CTO.

Lead a small security team, drive risk-based decisions, and build a resilient security program across the organization in a hybrid remote setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security & security engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud security, IAM, network and application security, and security tooling.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate security strategy and budget aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead, coach and grow a security team of ~4+ engineers and GRC professionals.
• Drive audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and security certifications.
