Job summary

Swan is seeking a risk-focused professional to support the Chief Risk Officer in strengthening governance, regulatory oversight, and audit remediation across the organisation.

You will be the central coordinator for the Risk, Oversight, and New Product Committees, ensuring timely reporting and robust controls. This role sits at the heart of risk, compliance, legal, and operations, delivering board-ready insights to guide senior management decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional remediation or improvement projects.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory information requests and compile evidence.
• Background in Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, or a Control function.
• Experience in payments or e-money institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of the Risk, Oversight and New Product Committees end-to-end, including agendas and action follow-up.
• Maintain and monitor Risk Assessment Matrix, Risk Mapping and Risk Appetite Framework; track KRI/risks.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure timely, high-quality submissions; flag breaches.
• Drive audit remediation as central point of contact for internal and regulatory audits; report progress to management.
• Produce governance dashboards and executive summaries for Board-ready decision making.
