Job summary

Swan seeks a Senior Regulatory Officer to strengthen its Compliance Framework and ensure regulatory alignment across banking activities and product developments. You will work with Legal, Risk and Product teams to monitor regulatory changes, review partnership and supplier agreements, and help update terms for users entrusting funds and payments to Swan.

The role suits someone who can translate complex rules into actionable guidance and communicate clearly across teams in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience advising on banking regulatory matters.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal and Risk teams.
• Experience drafting and updating terms and conditions.
• Experience reviewing partnerships and supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise Swan’s teams on banking regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with Legal to execute partnership and supplier agreements.
• Update terms and conditions for users entrusting funds and payments to Swan.
• Support Risk team in product deployment and improvements.
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.
