Sidetrade seeks a Senior Manager, Cyber Security to define and execute the operational security strategy across our international R&D teams. You will shape security roadmaps, lead SOC growth, and embed security throughout architecture and development, coordinating with engineering, IT, and business leaders to reduce risk in AI-enabled financial software.

You will partner with governance and compliance functions to translate requirements into practical controls and evidence of effectiveness,

Qualificações

• Significant experience in operational cyber security, including leading people or major security programmes and delivering measurable improvements.
• Practical experience of incident response, vulnerability management and security monitoring, with the judgement to prioritise under pressure.
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure security, identity and access controls, and secure software development.
• Ability to work with engineers and business leaders, explain risk clearly and make proportionate decisions.
• Experience turning security strategy into a deliverable roadmap, coordinating stakeholders and managing security suppliers.
• Curiosity and sound security judgement about AI-enabled products; deep AI specialism is a plus.
• Fluent English; French welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Security strategy and risk: prioritise the risks, roadmaps, and communicate progress to senior leaders.
• Security operations and response: develop the SOC, strengthen detection and investigation, coordinate incident response.
• Product and platform security: embed security into architecture and development lifecycle with engineering teams.
• Assurance and improvement: oversee vulnerability assessments, manage security suppliers, measure control effectiveness.
• AI security: assess emerging risks and establish safeguards for AI-enabled products, including data protection and access controls.
