Masimo, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Limonest, France. You will perform technical repairs on defective devices, answer technical questions on proper use, and provide phone support for hospital accounts on-site.

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, you will work with field engineers, handle field failures per Masimo Quality System, and assist sales staff at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience in a technical support/ medical industry.
• Fluent in French with an excellent knowledge of English (read, write, speak).
• Technical degree, related clinical, medical or technical experience.
• Knowledge of networking using TCP/IP protocol. CCNA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform technical repairs on defective devices and answer technical questions on proper use of Masimo products.
• Provide phone support for direct hospital accounts and assist Masimo sales staff at customer locations.
• Process field failures and customer complaints per the Masimo Quality System.
• Identify potential customer training issues and propose solutions.
