Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, and maintain medical equipment on site in Angers, France. You will train biomedical teams and end users, and manage your daily schedule to plan visits.

You will document work performed, report improvement opportunities, and escalate issues as needed. Strong English and Windows/networking knowledge are essential; CRM experience is a plus and a customer‑focused mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Bac+2 in electronics/EE or equivalent field service training.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and networking.
• Proficient in technical English (reading and writing).
• CRM experience in Salesforce or ServiceMAX is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to biomedical teams and end users.
• Independently manage your daily schedule and organize your service visits.
• Keep technical documentation up to date.
• Identify improvement opportunities and report or escalate customer requests.
