Varian Medical Systems France SARL is seeking a Technicien Support Clients Software to provide first‑level software support for radiotherapy equipment, analyze incidents, assist users, and apply diagnostic procedures.

You will work in the Software Support team with a home‑based status and occasional on‑site visits (about 20%) to customer sites. You will collaborate with French and international support teams to ensure fast incident resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bac+2 minimum in IT or related field with relevance to networking and systems.
• Initial experience in technical support, systems administration or IT environment.
• Solid knowledge of IT, networks and cybersecurity.
• Ability to operate in complex technical settings with software, infrastructure and high-tech equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level software support to customers by phone and email during incidents.
• Analyze and diagnose software issues following established procedures with higher-level support when needed.
• Use remote diagnostic tools to identify incident origins and contribute to resolution.
• Participate in software installations, updates and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure traceability of actions in CRM tools according to Varian procedures.
• Contribute to rapid business recovery by handling requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with French and international support teams to resolve incidents quickly and ensure a great customer experience.
