Overview

• Provide on-site technical support for installation, preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical device equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and training to clients and distributors, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up and configure medical device systems at customer sites.
• Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on equipment.
• Customer Training: Deliver product training sessions to customers and distributors, both on-site and remotely.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and reports in line with company procedures.
• Technical Support: Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or in person.
• Travel: Regular travel within Spain and occasional international trips for training or support.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Technical background (electrical or mechanical).
• Proven experience in fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and connectivity.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills (French and English required).
• Full clean local driving licence.
• Flexibility to travel and work varied hours.
• Experience with medical or laboratory equipment is highly desirable.
