Joss Search is seeking a Senior Facilities & Operations Manager for a leading global investment bank in a central Paris office. You will oversee office and facilities operations, ensure top-tier health, safety, and compliance, and drive an exceptional employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in a similar role, with VIP service experience, plus a background in financial or professional services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role with world-class VIP service.
• Ideally from fast-paced international financial services or professional services backgrounds, or white-glove client services.
• Technical facilities management experience.
• Experience managing operational teams.
• Great eye for detail and strong organizational/prioritization abilities.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within global teams.
