Axis Communications AB in Sophia-Antipolis seeks a Software Engineer in Video Analytics to develop cutting-edge technologies that analyze video streams and derive high-level information for world-wide products.

You will participate from design to validation and customer feedback, collaborating closely with teammates in Sweden across diverse engineering disciplines. This on-site role offers a dynamic, global R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree in CS or related engineering field.
• Proficient in Python and/or C++ in Windows and Linux environments.
• At least 5 years of experience designing, developing and testing software products.
• Familiar with Git and/or Gerrit, MLOps, test automation, and CI/CD tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop cutting-edge technologies revolving around analyzing video streams to infer high-level information for products.
• Write code going into products sold worldwide and make a difference for customers.
• Be part of all phases of product-making life from inception to customer feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Sweden across embedded Linux, AI R&D, validation, frontend, and software engineering.
