Job summary

Silversea is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship. You will clean guest suites and public areas to the highest standards, provide exceptional guest service, and support butlers with suite-related duties aboard our ship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Cleans and prepares guest suites, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
• English required; additional language such as Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares guest suites, bathrooms, and public areas to high standards.
• Delivers guest service by attending to special requests and general guest needs.
• Assists butlers with packing/unpacking, shoe polishing, valet services.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of housekeeping areas and equipment.
• Performs embarkation/disembarkation, room service, inventory, and maintenance tasks.
• Follows company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs at all times.
• Works with supervisors, supports training, and contributes to shipboard operations.
• Demonstrates cost awareness and minimizes waste while upholding quality.
