JUST is looking for a UK Country Manager to lead our expansion in the UK market from London. You will develop strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team targeting mid-market e-commerce brands.

You will own go-to-market strategy, collaborate with product and marketing, and establish JUST as a leader in checkout solutions. A background in fintech or e-commerce tools and proven startup leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in startup or scale-up, mid-market sales experience.
• Experience as a Country Manager or similar leadership role is a plus.
• Proven track record building and leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK e-commerce and fintech landscape.
