IXO invites qualified tutors to contribute realistic tutoring interactions to IXO conversational training work. This remote role involves holding one-to-one conversations and simulating concept explanations tailored to learners.

Pay ranges from $55 to $105 per hour in USD, with sessions conducted remotely. Prior AI work is not required, but several years of hands-on tutoring and active listening are preferred; must be based in the United States.

Experience and eligibility

Teaching, private or academic tutoring, educational coaching and similar practice are preferred. Several years of hands-on work, experience with one-to-one instruction, patient questioning and active listening are especially relevant. You must be based in the United States and comfortable with paired remote conversation sessions. Prior AI work is not required.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables are completed paired scenario conversations and any agreed supporting observations. Session and recording-use arrangements will be confirmed before participation. Scope, schedule and review criteria will be agreed with IXO before work begins. Pay is $55-$105/hr in USD. Work is remote.
