IXO Labs seeks an educator to develop lesson-planning and assessment cases for real learners, testing whether AI recommendations work. You will plan sequences, differentiate support, write reference answers with instructional reasoning, and verify quality for diverse ages. This remote, asynchronous role requires clear written English and a commitment of around ten hours weekly.

Deliverables include scenario briefs, rubrics, and model-output reviews; scope and schedule will be agreed upfront.

Qualifications

• A teaching license, certification or equivalent classroom credential.
• Two or more years of classroom teaching.
• Clear written English and availability for at least ten hours per week.

• Grade generated material against explicit criteria and explain consequential errors.
• Refine the scenario and rubric so another educator can apply the same standard.

Required experience and preparation

A teaching license, certification or equivalent classroom credential; two or more years of classroom teaching; depth in planning, differentiation and assessment. Clear written English and availability for at least ten hours per week are required.

Preferred experience

Experience across subjects or age levels, curriculum development, instructional coaching or an advanced education degree.

Deliverables and engagement

Deliverables include scenario briefs, reference responses, evaluation criteria and documented model-output reviews. Work is remote and asynchronous; IXO will agree the scope and schedule before assignments begin.

Pay

Pay is $40 $75/hr in USD. IXO will agree the scope, deliverables and schedule before work begins.
