IXO invites experienced career coaches to contribute realistic, one-to-one coaching conversations for conversational training projects. You will guide participants through career planning, job search, interview practice and transitions, adapting to each person’s background and goals.

This remote role is US-based, with pay between $55 and $105 per hour (USD). Sessions are conducted remotely with flexible scheduling and clear deliverables; prior AI work is not required.

Experience and eligibility

Career coaching, counseling, advising, professional coaching or similar practice is preferred. Several years of hands-on experience, including planning, job search, interviewing, professional growth, workplace challenges or transitions, are especially relevant. You must be based in the United States and comfortable with paired remote conversation sessions. Prior AI work is not required.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables are completed paired scenario conversations and any agreed supporting observations. Session and recording-use arrangements will be confirmed before participation. Scope, schedule and review criteria will be agreed with IXO before work begins.

Pay is $55 $105/hr in USD. Work is remote.
