IXO invites qualified tutors to contribute realistic tutoring interactions to IXO conversational training work. This remote role involves holding one-to-one conversations and simulating concept explanations tailored to learners.

Pay ranges from $55 to $105 per hour in USD, with sessions conducted remotely. Prior AI work is not required, but several years of hands-on tutoring and active listening are preferred; must be based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Teaching, private or academic tutoring and related practice preferred.
• Several years of hands-on work with one-to-one instruction and patient questioning.
• Must be based in the United States and comfortable with remote paired sessions.

Responsabilités

• Hold realistic one-to-one conversations with another participant.
• Simulate concept explanations, learner questions and academic support.
• Listen carefully and adapt questions and explanations to the learner's background and goals.
• Follow scenario guidance while keeping the conversation natural, supportive and professional.
