IXO is seeking experienced Spanish tutors to conduct one-to-one lessons for native English speakers. Sessions emphasize accessible language, responsive teaching, and meaningful exchanges, with recordings used for IXO learning data.

You will lead lessons at diverse proficiency levels, adapt pacing and questions, encourage learners to speak, and maintain a reliable schedule. Sessions are remote and generally 20–30 minutes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to teach across proficiency levels.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adjust lessons for individual learners.
• Ability to maintain a dependable schedule and deliver sessions on time.

Responsabilités

• Lead Spanish lessons for native English speakers at different proficiency levels.
• Follow the topic and lesson structure while adapting explanations, pacing and questions.
• Encourage the learner to speak, ask questions and respond naturally.
• Use listening and conversational exercises to sustain back-and-forth interaction.
• Keep sessions on topic and minimize extended pauses.
• Attend scheduled appointments reliably and follow recording instructions.
