ixolabs.ai is looking for a remote education specialist to craft IXO scenarios that test whether special-education guidance meets student needs and instructional requirements.

You will develop cases from evaluation through IEP development, justify instructional reasoning, assess accommodations, and tailor differentiated instruction. The role is remote and asynchronous with hourly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Special-education license/certification or equivalent credential.
• Two years teaching in special-education settings.
• Expertise in IEPs, accommodations and differentiated instruction.
• Clear written English and availability for at least ten hours per week.

Required experience and preparation

A special-education license, certification or equivalent credential, two years teaching in special-education settings, and expertise in IEPs, accommodations and differentiated instruction. Clear written English and availability for at least ten hours per week are required.

Preferred experience

Depth in autism, learning disabilities or emotional/behavioral needs; behavior intervention or crisis-prevention training; inclusion or collaborative teaching.

Deliverables and engagement

Deliverables include scenario briefs, reference responses, evaluation criteria and documented model-output reviews. Work is remote and asynchronous; IXO will agree the scope and schedule before assignments begin.

Pay is $45 $75/hr in USD. IXO will agree the scope, deliverables and schedule before work begins.
