Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Turkish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join a client’s Bulgarian operations. The role focuses on handling Turkish-language back-office requests, ensuring compliant and high-quality support within a fast-paced gaming environment.

Ideal candidates have native/fluent Turkish, strong English, and a proactive mindset to meet KPIs and monthly bonuses. The position offers relocation support and a pathway into Europe’s growing Gaming & Esports

Qualifications

Turkish (native or fluent) mandatory (spoken and written).
English proficiency required for multicultural environment.
EU passport or Bulgaria work eligibility is required.
Attention to detail for back-office admin tasks.
Proactive attitude toward achieving personal and team KPIs for monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

Manage and process back-office support requests for a leading international Gaming & Esports platform.
Ensure high-quality resolution of user queries via written Turkish, maintaining premium brand standards.
Monitor and analyze gaming platform activity to ensure compliance and prevent fraudulent activity.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows for Turkish-speaking user segments.
Maintain comprehensive records of account updates and support tickets within the internal CRM system.
Identify trends in player feedback to contribute to user experience improvements.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on trends in gaming and digital entertainment.
