Mercier Consultancy Group seeks an Arabic Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. You will handle back-office inquiries for gaming platforms, ensure compliance and fair play, and communicate in Arabic with the internal teams and players.

The role requires fluent Arabic, strong problem-solving skills, and good English for internal communications. On-site relocation to Sofia is expected, with training and relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic is mandatory for this role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of English for internal team communications.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve complex back-office inquiries for Gaming platforms.
• Monitor player accounts for compliance with safety standards and fair play.
• Provide professional Arabic communication to support player accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address technical issues.
• Analyze game data and player feedback to suggest improvements for the Arabic-speaking market.
• Maintain documentation of all support cases in the internal gaming database.
• Stay updated on trends in the global Gaming & Esports landscape.
