Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our gaming & esports hub in Bulgaria. You will provide multilingual support to a global gamer community and work with an international team.

This role offers fully paid relocation, training, private health insurance, and a competitive monthly salary. Fluency in French is essential, EU passport required, and the ideal candidate loves gaming.

Qualifications

Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required.
Experience in customer support or community management is preferred.
Interest in Gaming & Esports and knowledge of modern platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical and account support to gamers via email, chat and voice.
Troubleshoot inquiries with deep knowledge of Gaming & Esports titles.
Identify recurring issues and escalate bugs to development teams.
Manage player accounts focusing on security, verification and fair-play.
Deliver professional, empathetic, timely communication reflecting the brand.
Collaborate internationally to improve knowledge bases for French markets.
Native or fluent French is strictly required.
Demonstrate genuine interest in gaming and esports platforms.
EU passport holder to relocate to Sofia headquarters.
Show strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Be proactive with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
